Physician Wellness

Building community is known to decrease physician burnout yet physicians are increasingly working in isolation with long hours, more time on the electronic health record, and decreased time or space for gathering together to build community, bond, or reflect on the unique challenges faced by physicians. This retreat will encourage physicians to build national as well as local networks of other physician communities.

Each day will focus on a key pillar of transformation—Mindset, Nutrition, and Exercise. We’ll start with intentional movement, followed by structured mastermind teaching, and then layer in powerful group and 1:1 coaching to create an experience like never before.
It is going to be so powerful and completely custom to the group that shows up because some of it I am creating in real time based on what comes up in group coaching.
