What is the Relational Leadership Academy?
The Relational Leadership Academy combines the power of learning with the beauty of connection.

About our Online Classes:
We have 3 levels of learning available:
- Level 1 - Connection Practices & Experiential Learning: In Level 1 classes you will have the chance to practice circling and conscious communication skills. These classes are perfect for anyone looking for deeper connection, community, and aplace to practice their skills.
- Level 2 - Learn Facilitation Skills: In Level 2 classes you'll learn advanced personal growth skills(such as Shadow Work) as well as group management techniques(how to deal with difficult people, how to skillfully interrupt, etc.) If you are a go getter who wants to advance their leadership, personal growth, and facilitation skills, these classes may be a great fit for you.
- Level 3 - Advanced Leadership Training: These are private intimate opportunities for leaders to receive personalized support on the things that challenge them the most in leadership. They will have the opportunity to beta test their own exercises and classes and receive personalized feedback from our Head Trainers. *Must complete level 1 & level 2 and submit an application to be at this level.

The Relational Leadership Academy has been such a source of community, learning and professional growth for me.
