WHY YOU SHOULD NOT MISS THIS VIRTUAL EVENT

Over the last month we have observed how COVID-19 has propelled businesses to embrace flexible working and has sparked a change in cultural and societal attitudes towards it.

As the adjustment to remote working settles down, HR leaders in Switzerland are waking up to the need to figure out how to manage the transition to a new “normal” way of working.

According to a report released last week, 80% of Swiss employees will expect flexible working and work-from-home options after the COVID-19 crisis eases.

This is no surprise.

Having supported many organisations to roll out and embed flexible working, we know how much this can help your employees to better integrate professional and personal lives.
COVID-19 outbreak is compelling organisations to make an abrupt break from traditional ways of working where possible.

Many organisations with office workers are rapidly adapting their structures to embrace flexible and remote working structures. Some organisations are better equipped to handle this than others.

The coronavirus sent us all into “react” mode. We want to ensure that employers in Switzerland are “proactive” in managing the transition back to a new business as usual.

How ready is your organisation to embrace a new way of working and collaborating?

What are the policies, practices and behaviours needed to respond to the future needs of your workforce?

How equipped are you and your managers to respond to new flexible working requests?

During this 2-hour virtual collaboratory, we will:

  • Present the results of the HR Pulse Survey On Remote Working, including the top challenges HR leaders are currently tackling and anticipating
  • Split into breakout groups to co-create ideas and share best practices on each of the top issues using a pro-action café approach
  • Groups will convene and present a summary of the discussions and ideas in a plenary session

We guarantee that you will leave this session feeling inspired and energised to help your company work out the transition back to a new "normal".

PLEASE NOTE: SEATS ARE EXCLUSIVELY RESERVED FOR HR LEADERS OF SWISS-BASED COMPANIES
