This research effort aims to understand better how organizations are ๐™–๐™™๐™–๐™ฅ๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ ๐™ฉ๐™ค ๐™–๐™ฃ๐™™ ๐™š๐™ข๐™—๐™ง๐™–๐™˜๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ ๐™˜๐™๐™–๐™ฃ๐™œ๐™š ๐™—๐™ฎ ๐™ง๐™š๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™ซ๐™š๐™ฃ๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ their processes, products, competencies, ways of working, business models, and more - and how often they need to do so to survive and thrive.

For the purpose of this research, we use the following definition of reinvention: re-imaging and re-making something so that it manifests new and improved attributes, qualities, and results.

QUESTION 1: Research shows that the nature of company reinvention varies significantly - from small ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฎ๐—น change (for example, improving an existing process) to ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐—น transformations (for example, moving to another industry or changing the business model entirely).
