2020 has been a crazy year.

As mothers we've needed to get even better at juggling our different responsibilities: parenting, childcare, home-schooling and work - as well as the never-ending domestic jobs of looking after a family home. All the while supporting our children, friends and partners emotionally during this challenging time.

It's exhausting.

At times like these, the most important skill we need to nurture is how to look after our most valuable resource - our energy.

How good are you at doing that?

If you are like me, you've never been taught how to manage your energy.
We are offered many different ways of managing our time so we can squeeze more in, but no one tells us how to manage our energy.
Except perhaps to get more sleep, move more and eat less sugar.

But mastering our energy it's so much more than that.

Join me on Wednesday September 9th, at 12.30 - 2.00pm (UCT+1) as I explain the whys and hows of energy management and share practical strategies that have helped me over the last ten years to go from stressed and depressed to a calm, happy and fulfilled mother.  Well, most of the time - we're not expecting perfection here!

The webinar will include:

  • What exactly is energy, and the different types of energy that we need.
  • What drains our energy the most.
  • The Three Resilience Habits that will stop you wasting so much precious time and energy on the emotional rollercoaster of parenting - and life.
  • The Five Levels of Awareness on the journey to consciously managing your energy, enabling you to develop a more effective and deeper sense of inner control and calm.
  • Practical exercises to start with straight away that will increase your resilience and energy resources.
  • Bucket loads of inspiration, connection and hope.

If that sounds exactly what you need, I really hope you can join me.
